I am just glad they brought in some fresh blood into the number one market for Strativa in the country. Finally, and maybe sooner than later, we will be able to meet with this new DM from Texas and pick his brain about how he got to where he is today.

apparently strativas equation for great leadership is
good sales+little to no industry experience+naivety(sp?)=promotion to lead talented, tenured reps.
sales numbers do not equal good leaders. that much has been proven over and over
 












We need less internal promotion. Management here is so incestuous. An outside candidate would come in and callenge all the silly things we do here. Current DM's have given up changing the culture, the current culture has become "normal" to them.

Spot on, new dm's would bring with them best practices from other companies and help strativa evolve

You are right, this guy is Fantastic. I heard he grew his Oravig quarterly Trx from 3 to 7! And if that wasn't enough, he was number 1 in the region with 9 Nascobal Trxs. This guy has over three years in the industry and even sold copiers for a year. He says he may even go back for his MBA when he turns 26! This guy is the next president of Strativa!!!
