Idiotic Q1 Psych Target Panels

who are the clueless lame brains that came up with the idea of only giving each rep a max of 185 targets when we all had around 300 before? This issue is, now we can’t see half of our targets data in Advance. If we are getting paid for our entire universe, why can’t we see all our combined targets in advance? It should only be a matter of clicking a few buttons to make that change. And, not to mention, that over half our target panels include bogus primary care targets that haven’t been accessible for years and haven’t written a vraylar script ever.

Cut our targets in half, make most of them limited access, retired, or not actually in our territory, have Medicaid require 3 failures, but still get those 10% growth over baseline goals.
