Ruin it? The Idev stent has been around for 10 years. They have been begging for someone to buy it, and so far, nothing. I bet they don't sell 100 stents a day worldwide.

Idev has developed and launched 3 different deployment systems and you still need an advanced engineering degree to land the sucker. It's a dog.

What is for Boston to ruin? The packaging?
