The IC plan continues to diminish yet we have an unlimited budget to feed offices. And management wonders why people are leaving in packs?? If you are at 100% to goal, you don't earn 100% of the targeted bonus like we did last year. Yet, we have an endless budget to cater offices. At what point does corporate start paying the reps that are staying? Even with generic intrusion, the payout isn't the same.
