IC Change?

Apparently part of our discussions and settlement with the government includes changes to our IC plans. GSK and others have done this, moving away from bonus for sales people and we're looking at doing the same. How in the world will we be comped without a sales bonus? Really doesn't seem fair.

2. Toyota Yaris
3. Fiat 500
4. Chevy Cruz

Sales and Sales Managers will have the same care, RSD's will be moving to a car allowance of 350 per month, standard maintenance included w a 200$ per month reimbursed gas allowance.
