And I'm going to work even less next week. That's all this company deserves. Funny thing is my numbers have me ranked in the upper quarter of my district. How funny is that? This placce is unbelievable. It's just all luck of the draw with the number at this company.

Actually, I am lean and in great shape (have plenty of time to work out only working 17 hours a week), I am tan and have my golf handicap down to a 7 (plenty of time to golf in the beautiful sunshine working only 17 hours a week), I have a bunch of money in my bank account (working only 17 hours a week actually increased my bonuses and rank in the district and region) and my DM tells me I am one of her best reps.
So, working only 17 hours a week has been quite a benefit for me.
I love working here. No accountability. No one cares. Fantastic work/life balance.

You are stupid. Every employee should maximize there reward to work raio, that's only rational. If I can get the same rewards working 20 hours a week versus 40 hours a week, I will work 20 hours. If the company wants me to work 40 hours, put the rewards in place to make it worth my while.
Takeda has become an activity based company. Bloated headcount and a failed pipeline means there is too little productive work to go round. So everyone does pointless work trying to look valauble to avoid the next RIF. We all know that doesn't work.
If you can get away with less work, then do so and enjoy life. Go to the gym, start your own business, work on your golf game, whatever, just don't waste time on pointless work.
Well boys and girls, it is 5:09 am Monday morning and I'm just about to put the golf clubs in the Liberty and head out to get a round in with a couple of friends and a co-worker. What a great way to start the work week.
My stretch goal for this week is to only work 11 hours. It will all depend on how those signatures stack up, but I think I can do it.

We are all ranked in the bottom third of the region and bottom quarter of the country and we are the only geography he was responsible for during the contest period. How on earth did he win the trip? Go figure.
I am totally mad at you reps. I work hard and put in lot's of hours. My husband works hard to. He is a great helper of mouths and he thinks their are to many reps who take advantage of a great company like ours. Their should be more pride in your selfs to get out there and do a great job every day. It sickends me to read about you who don't work hard. Golf and see movies after 5:00. Thats what we are paid lot's of money to do. Hope this helps.
