I work at BMS, oncology division. Keytruda is kicking our ass in the field because the drug is good and the indications are piling up. Our leadership is clueless and our R&D is worse. We have a terrible team designing our trials and submitting applications to the FDA. I would like to work for Merck but feel like a tool for even considering go to the competition. Why do you folks think?

Keytruda is an amazing drug if it’s done this we’ll in spite of being sold by Merck. I worked at Merck a few years ago. It was/is hands down the worst sales organization in pharma.

You will sell circles around your Merck counterparts working 2 days a week. Take the gig if you can get it.
