What’s the turnover rate the past 3-4 years?

I know of maybe 6 people who’ve been here 4 years or more. Out of maybe 200.

That’s like a 97% turnover rate over 4 years, but that doesn’t account for the many, many sales positions that have turned over 2-3 or more times.

OPH more than 5 years is 8 out of 138 Reps. That’s the turnover rate.
