Last October, no I didn't get the offer, so you can dismiss me as a bitter, didn't get the job guy/girl. I am a biotech pro, have been sales member of five start ups with several of them very successful. I have 8 plus years in ultra rare disease, and I just want to say that I have never met more people with a stick up there ass in my life. The truth is that I wouldn't have gone to work for these folks no matter what, and I needed the job. Seriously I have never seen more unhappy people in an interview process in my life along with being incredibly arrogant with sizable chip on their shoulder. I met 4 teams of 4 in the final interview process and apart from the HR folks they were almost all aholes, it was like they wanted me to come in and bow down to them or something. They literally said, "We are Alexion". Its like they thought they were Google or Apple or something, but with none of the charm or track record, really it was telling. I am certain the people there don't realize it, because your in a vacuum, but if your not having any FUN and your surrounded by assholes, find something else to do, seriously, life is too short. Never seen anything like it and I am 25 year veteran in the industry. This company might be successful in spite of it, but these miserable SOB's are going to regret spending their lives in this culture/environment. Seriously come up for some air.............
