I was just terminated

You keep quiet or our legal dept. will take action. You signed Seperation agreement and waived your rights. The manager had every right to voice her opinion. We did a thorough
internal investigation and found no violations.

Get a lawyer. If you felt you had to sign it under duress the you have recourse. If it's your word vs theirs it will be tough to prove. If there is a history and others have experienced this then maybe. Best case scenario is you need a witness.
Now all the other idiots will chime in. If it's true good luck if your BSing us you're the idiot.

I empathize with you, however my problem was just the opposite. My African American boss called me the "c" word. Thinking about not making a big deal out of it since she was recently promoted and I no longer report to her.

Post her name then, and warn others. The C word in itself doesn't fall into EEOC non compliance unless accompanied by another word relating to age,Religion, ethnicity,Sexual preference (not sure I believe you but I' ll answer anyway)

Hopefully you did not sign anything when they called you went to terminate you. You have a right to not sign anything and go get a lawyer and seek legal action. They will increase the offer once they know you have a lawyer involved - especially if you can prove that you were discriminated against. They don't want dirty laundry being aired in the public courts. Ex-HR person

That's nothing. My DM from Seattle used to call me a snake. She then said all men are snakes. You men are all low life's. She was always frustrated because she said he husband had ED and she couldn't get it from him. Ride alongs were the worst.
