I’ll admit it I was fabricating call activity to satisfy the metrics.

I had no idea our leadership had an third party call offices to verify my activity and lunches.

We all "fabricate" calls every day. The metrics would be laughable if we didn't. But if you are faking lunches you simply don't even work. Lunches are the only way to see 90% of my territory.

the rest like me is history,

I suggest you check your own OBD2 ports ASAP

It's complete BS. Reps have private vehicles (no tracking) and the company doesn't provide phones, so has no access into phone records.
