I really trust my AD and manager..... just knowing they have my best interest in mind allows me to do my very best work each and every day. Thank you for always being there.

You must be smoking something really strong. My AD and manager are both totally inept. They are only interested in what makes them look good.... at the expense of the reps. Simply put.. they suck.
This is rich - really great! Let 'em Live people. No one should squelch this sort of child-like approach to Astellas Mgmtn. I say Let 'em live and let nature and the natural development and infestation of healthy and protective cynicism take their course. It's a beautiful thing to watch natural selection occurring in real space and time! You go buddy!
C'mon man ...Let em live! Let her get her cherry popped in the same abusive and corrupt way all of us have who have seen what Astellas Sales Force has become in last five years. She'll go thru the normal process of pain and horror which will gradually transform to compliance to the rediculous BS we have all just learned to ignore
I trust my Manager because she's proven trustworthy. Any woman who has held and caressed my balls why she's smokin my pipe has proven she is trustworthy. So yeah - I tust my Manager.
