As we get closer to launch bring on the increased micromanagement! Don't say I didn't warn you.
New field visit template is laughable. Times and school attended, really!? Can't wait for the must make your first call before 8:30 and last call after 4:30 lectures. The forced dinner programs and lunches soon to be 10 calls /day. You know KK WILL be monitoring all this.

Absolutely ridiculous! I too have never been treated like this, not even way back when I started in PC! WE ARE SPECIALTY REPS, and this is how we are treated!?!

Every time you ride with your manager (which is every month, SMFH) you now have to fill out a ridiculous sheet. I am seriously rethinking my decision to come here. If this is how it is now I can only imagine what is going to be like once we get approval.

Big freakin deal. It takes all of 10 minutes. Is it enjoyable to do? No. Neither are calendars etc but ya know what, I'm getting paid pretty damn well for the amount I'm working, and everyone has been super cool. If you're bitching about a one sheeter you have to fill out once a month, find a new place to work!

I think it's more of the cumulative effect. While the VP may think she can micromanage her way into making people work a "full day" in the end we find other ways to make up for all the busy work.

The beauty of micro managers is that they operate that way because they are insecure and don't really understand what they are managing. This makes them easy to fool, and we can get away with an easy job and a nice lifestyle. A few "wow, you rock" compliments a few times a year and they leave me alone. I'm not defending KK or PS but seriously, these comments run the risk of our getting someone who may know what they are doing and could actually manage my time. Stop complaining, enjoy the ride or go somewhere else if you need a manager.
 












So its not a kk thing. Its coming from the west coast senior manager. Doesnt sound good. Prepare for more silliness. I always wonder why a company pays a premium for experience then treats them like children. Some managers did not get there by being good managers.

Cumulative effect DB, quality of docs in our databases that are mostly retail ODS and mostly wrong, constant talk of how many calls we are making.....BUT GO SLOW! The color coded calendar, the now far to micro territory sheet, the pressure to do more lunches....WITHOUT A PRODUCT!? The fact that I feel like someone is constantly looking over my shoulder, the fact that there were FAR TOO MANY PEOPLE HIRED, TERRITORIES ARE TOO SMALL! It will only get worse I guarantee it!
 






You guys are all tards, your call lists most likely have non targets due to the non promotional nature of DSA. There are so many things you're clueless about. Go to Sun Pharma with bigger territories, shitty products and curry smelling VPs. Fucking whiners
