I know Dave. (really) He has good ideas about getting out of debt but his investment advice is blanket advice and his cult followers are in lockstep w/ him. I've had to undo a lot of damage this guy has done to his followers that are older than 50. His stats on his website are massively skewed. If you would like to discuss more then PM me and I will give you the full story.

Anybody that follows his investment advice is doomed.

You are like a US Congressman who doesn't read a bill before voting on it.

Go back and read P Ho's entire post. He said his advice on getting out of debt is OK, but it is his investment advice that is lacking.

Was he the one who showed you that you get a 7% return and spend an hour or two A DAY to do it?

So the average person who spends NO TIME on it can invest in things and get a higher rate of return than you do?

You keep making the same tired points so you obviously felt, and I fully concur, that you got smacked down pretty good.

I would let it go.
