Why are your numbers down? Oh and by the way could you update your call logs in sales force, attend these mandatory zoom trainings, complete your UHC target accounts, submit your current month Mi that is holding up results, submit your 12+ month old Mi that Natera will never get paid on, sign these accounts up for PA, take these 20 calls a day from patients because billing is wack, audit every Mi sheet that was submitted because after 2 weeks it’s still not updated, watch this video on the performance tab because after 6 months no one knows how they get paid, update your b2o tasks in sales force, hijack your month by recruiting for a b2o dinner, fill out this 30-60-90 report on how you are going to grow the rest of the year.

I normally don’t buy into this type of stuff on here but this is spot on. I don’t think it’s a disaster but we are definitely walking a bad path
 






Oncology is a disaster. Useless execs and lab is a joke. My Rd and his boss can only do so much without company support. Most here aren't planning on staying. Wait until half team finds a new job.

Phil does not enable anyone to get anything done. The problem is at the top and Basher’s hands are tied. It is 1000% a disaster.
 



The failure of Natera to succeed with the technology they have in their hands should be taught in business schools as a cautionary tale. But blame also goes to Board of Directors to not get rid of these fools. It’s just a shame because the sales teams really wanted to win but were unable to overturn SLT arrogance and operational failures

Can’t decide what I liked most between Basher not knowing what he was presenting or Laura chiming in about comp when she has no role in sales and has actually made operations worse here. It was like watching special Olympics of business.

That’s completely not fair to the Special Olympics. That is a well run organization.

Laura is a fraud. Ask anyone who knows her from her last company. MSL to VP because everyone else jumped ship and small company gave her the job. Natera could really stand to do some background checks as none of elt or vps have ever done the job.

This SLT does not seem competent to take Natera to the next level, at least on the WH side. Not sure where the breakdown is but communication is not making it from the field to SLT.

I’ve been on the field advisory board and Pete just likes to hear himself talk with no solutions and Phil shuts down any dialogue when we do start giving feedback he does not want to hear. It is beyond frustrating.
