Who else is sick of the few minority who are having trouble with a Manager and are generalizing this contract. I was so happy when they extended the contract if they are looking a little closely so what do the job. No Biggie ... by the way positive posts only negative posts on the other thread.

Good luck with that rule, but I agree with you. I never had a problem with any company or any manager, but the manager I have now is the best. I was thrilled with the extension! YAY!!!!

My DM drove almost all the way to my territory 3 hours away and I had to tell him it was a no-go because my son was sick. I thought I was going to be fired, but there was nothing I could do, and if he was going to be mad, it was what it was. Know what he said? "That's why you have a flex job, do your first job first, then round back with me." I have busted my butt for him ever since. For those who say there is no respect, I wonder what they are thinking. I never heard about it from him again. I too am in the top 10 percent, but I wasn't then. I still love this contract and it is still awesome!

I love it so much that I cry with joy every work morning before I go out! I hit my knees and cry uncontrollably for at least 10 minutes! When my work day is done, I fall into a deep depression until the next morning! Sometimes, in the morning, I will have a spontaneous ejaculation just thinking about how much I love this contract!!

That's very true. Maybe it's your manager's managers. They are crazy. Your manager stands between them and you. When they break it's over and it sounds like yours is about to break. I hope mine can hold out. If not, I am gone with no regrets and happy for the experience, same with every rep I know. Until then, I work hard to not be on a "list" for my boss's sake, and just do my job. I don't cry every morning before work, but I do enjoy this.
Well there are only a very few Men on this Contract and most of them are older semi retired and so I guess you narrowed your self down....weird!
