I know the truth is out there but the question is how soon? The longer these guys are allowed to run this company the more they lead it to its demise. The sooner they are brought to justice the sooner provenge might get on the right track.

no. i meant names of 6 people who might be indicted.

ks would have been a lower level witness who has lots of info and might be a "gold" mine due to having past legal issues.

there was an unfamiliar name. she has something to do with operations.

yes that is her but i doubt she gets indicted because that 2007 case was closed. this case now isnt about far more egregious and serious things.

It was closed. They can re-open and investigate some of the things from back then but this case is mostly about a multitude of things that happened post 2007. Most egregious is falsely inflated stock price based on bs projections.
