Do you think we get at least back to $10?
Yes....if you have 20 sharesDo you think we get at least back to $10?
Call in the dogs and piss on the fire... I hate it for all of us. Generics will hit the market in a few months.... they wont wait on an appeal. Were toast... the company will be bankrupt in less than a year.. If you think anyone will be working here in 6 months your crazy....
Everyone should start a job search now. I hope we all get through this... good luck. Weird times.... things will work out for the best for everyone...
Don't listen to people that don't know what they're talking about.
Generics will not attempt to make this drug while on appeal - it is difficult to produce and the uncertainty of their investment will keep them at bay until they either win or lose. They will likely lose.
An appeal will probably take the rest of the year to flesh out. The company will not go bankrupt. Hold on to your butt and ride it out. It will get better.
Regarding ESPP, you can pull out any time you want, and can even wait until the end to see what the pricing is and then pull out. You will get your money back if you do. If the trading window is open when the program ends, you can buy and sell in one transaction and since you get a 15% discount through the program, you will make an additional 15% on the money you invested, instantly.
Again, don't listen to people that don't know what they're talking about.
In a time of crisis, humor is often helpful...thank youYes....if you have 20 shares
The stock will rebound over the next 3-4 months, but unlikely to get above 10. The balance sheet is very healthy; long term who knows; the company has various options to explore. No generic likely in US for at least 12-18 months, so some field sales support will remain during this time....co could also try otc route, who knowsIn a time of crisis, humor is often helpful...thank you
I appreciate your optimism. Will we even have a salesforce though? I’ve been reading articles all night and it looks like the best option is to just package up the company and sell. No more DTC advertising because of expense burn.
The company could sell, but there's no guarantees there. The salesforce is staying in place and not being reduced. Home office is staying in place too. Nothing to worry about at this point, and you can bet that DTC will be as strong as it has ever been at this point. This is biopharma, so 12 - 18 months of security is as good as it gets, and we have that right now, even in light of the terrible decision.
