I'm being serious too. Sure there are still lots of hiccups, but every company has that to an extent.

I am happy to work here and I like my job and boss. I wanted to make a positive thread, because all the haters post a lot on here.

I am in the Rare division, and I am happy to work here and think it's a great place.
