I LOVE IT HERE!

Can you get me a name and email address for a hiring manager in the Middle Tennessee area? I'd really like to follow up on my application but can't get passed HR. Thank you.
Josh

Forest is the best company I've ever worked for. The benefits are outstanding, the management is great and my team is fun. I truly love it here. That is all.

We are glad to have you here-you're attitude is spreading-let's weed out the naysayers, joy to the world Jesus is a fair and just god....may you live forever in his dreams and drive the sodomites into oblivion

Here, Here! I'm tired of reading the postings by lazy bums who can't have it their way all of the time. Forest is a great company and rewards those who work hard and follow direction! The simple fact is that most of the postings are from those who just do not want to work and have had everthing handed to them most of their lives!

Just for fun, will you print this out and put it somewhere safe? You may find it funny in a year or maybe 5 or 10 years if you're still employed. I'm guessing you haven't been here that long. Buddy, you're wrong. I'll leave it at that.

I'm jealous. You must have a great DM. I use to have an awesome DM until the POD changes, now I'm stuck with Hitler, and I hate working here.

My thoughts exactly, my dm was wonderful. He was realistic, enjoyable to ride with, a great human and now for the past year and a half I have hated this day more then the last. This restructure has made a world of difference hasn't it stupid upper management assholes. What did you think would happen when you took successfull reps on successful teams and sent us with assholes who didnt hire us and I for one would have never come to work with in the first place. My life a forest is coming to an end and I am at the top but unfortunately I am a subpar rep according to my manager captain fuck stick. Someone who asks questions and doesn't suck a mean dick isn't really welcome here anymore.

Ha! The prior post is so true. There aren't many managers left with morals and a conscience. Many of the good ones bailed to hospital, rep, or managed care positions. The good ones left are probably becoming alcoholics if they haven't accepted that they have to abandon their ethics in order to stay in management.
Everyone has to decide for themselves what the right path to take is, but I wish more of us who know we are beyond competent would stand up to the crap. Why agree to anything that says you're incompetent if it's not true. If you are being targeted, what do you have to lose?

I agree with the first poster.

As someone who has been through a number of different pharma organizations over the years, I was recently hired as an outsider.

The culture that Forest has is a good one. Sure, your immediate manager is the "world" to you and your career, but overall, Forest is an enviable place to work.

As an outsider who has seen a lot, it's one woman's opinion that we've got it good here and I'm really happy to be a part of it.

So you've been with several pharma organizations and still got on with Forest? I just wanted to clarify because I've heard Forest typically hires young, inexperienced reps? Just curious as I am about to apply for an open position in my area...

glad to hear the positive comments! It is unfortunate that the bitter individuals bark the loudest! It is not a perfect company but the only one that will be that way is the one you run.

Yes, Forest is more ethical in many ways. Check the website "open secrets.org", we can be proud of SOME of the ways Forest conducts business compared to companies aligned completely with Phrma. Forest has also proven itself to be very "wall street savvy"' however, this does not translate to it's treatment of sales representatives. If anyone feels they can argue that this is not the case and Forest values and rewards its most valuable reps, they are wrong. Yes, some are appreciated and valued, but others are run out, put on probation/warning, and have their careers ripped from under their feet. You can say whatever you want. There are over 2500 reps and if 100 great reps are being set up to be fired, it's 100 too many.
