This is spot on! IC not clear at all and doesn’t work across the board thanks Natera! Work work work… and for what? What billing team? Laura Cobb and dumb Amy and a group of underpaid foreigners who don’t speak English. Sales is billing let’s be honest. Not getting paid to do all of these jobs so they can cut corners to “Win!!”

hahah! This is accurate. Everything wrong with this company points to the frauds in charge. Docs are over the bullshit and are moving on to other companies.

First time poster … sadly lost 3 profitable accounts to the “billing teams’” practices. Shady and unethical doesn’t begin to start the shenans that we deal with daily. If technology is so great then why ruin potential with greed and incompetence

Completely agree. Lost an account a couple of weeks ago for the same issue. Doctors don't want to hear about our billing team
