I joined this company to help people afflicted with ALS

I was personally affected by ALS which took the life of a friend. When I joined this company I though we could change the landscape of ALS and truly help patients maintain function longer.

It’s true that the company has been terribly mismanaged and the morale is low. However, what’s worse is two years into launch it’s clear this drug is minimally effective at best. These poor patients have to stress for months worrying if they can even get on drug and when they finally get it they have to spend half the month getting infusions. There’s no way to tell if they are getting better and this drug schedule interferes with their ability to travel and enjoy the remainder of their lives. I applaud MT for getting a drug to these ALS patients but without the oral this company is dead.

It pains me to post this but you should really consider what you’re getting into here at MT if you’re a potential candidate. Any current MT employees with differing views, I welcome a debate on this.

You have to trust the data. This is the first drug with a positive trial in ALS since Riluzole.

It’s easy to be cynical and impatient. Don’t fall for it. Stick around and this company will be promoting from within and growing fast. Good people keep rising, cynical complainers tend to be unhappy wherever they are.

Have a great day!

This is a funny post because it’s all untrue

PT is a lackey, suck up and a back stabber. Mr Inventiv. You want to know how bad management is, they check Cafe Pharma provide misinformation to try and coax people into to joining this dog.

The drug is nominal benefit at best with a very labor intensive dosing regiment and NOOOOOOOO support from the company, NOOOOOOOO development of the compound and NOOOOOOO patient education, complete amateurs, TOTAL mismanagement of the entire company, and PT is at the center of it ALL. That is what you get when hire an INVENTIV guy who has NOOOOOOO rare disease experience. I am pretty sure he spends half his day kissing JS's arse

But hey, we got that vaccine pipeline in development, NOW that's exciting!!!!!!!!

Now PT, back to mismanaging operations please
