Size n scope of sales force will be reduced roughly 25% in January when announced, and more as the call centers are staffed. Managers got ratings in early so those cuts can be made quickly.

So who gets a kick back?Wow was that bad. A one hour WebEx turned into a bitch session about ordering lunches. The dummy leading call must have mentioned EZ Caterer 20 times. Like he just discovered it! Wtf? And whoever is spending time at restaurants dealing with ordering should be identified as seeking excellence elsewhere. It’s calls like this that give us no confidence in what is going on. What is going to be icing on the cake is when the SME, when they are finally found in “80 seconds”, tells the HCP the same thing you did and sends them a PI. Then the you follow up with how it went and they say don’t have them call again.
