You are a good person and the answer to your question is hard to answer. I would say HR and that is still what I would recommend but HR does nothing. I would like to say that it is nice to hear someone who will stand out and have some guts when they see and hear wrong doing. Thank you!
 
























The unfortunate thing about this is I called HR to report an issue and I was told by HR to report it to the Alert Line. I did report it and gave my name. They have done nothing and I also had a phone call with another person within HR and still nothing got done. People have to try and report things because it is the right thing to do. I am still employeed by Novartis but I know my days are numbered.
 












Really depends on who was doing the harrassing, if it was anyone above the DM level forget about it. HR protects RD's and above. DM's they will throw to the wolves, and whatever you do don't go to the Alert line, they also will throw you to Novartis HR who will instantly tell the people you are accusing what is going on so they can retaliate. Company has no ethics or morales. Best to stay quiet

Get T-shirts made, organize a movement then fly everyone to East Hanover and picket like a union. The news will show up, they will take statements from you for the media, and when asked: what is this all about, tell them you were touch in your private area.
