Consider yourself lucky that you are at least close to getting out of this mess. Not everyone at Optimer is so fortunate. Some are forced to stay because the do not yet have somewhere to run to. At least you will get to see incompetence and unprofessionalism on display on the big stage. Sit back have a drink and enjoy the show
 












Few openings because as soon as someone leaves they fill it with anybody with a pulse...all just for appearances. Theses are not people looking for careers they are looking for a paycheck until they find something decent.
 






Its obvious the way they are filling positions we are a "short sale". They just want to keep appearances up to fool potential buyers. Who is that stupid? Our stock price is a reflection of what a complete debotchery the current leadership has made of this company. We will be lucky if we EVER get bought at this pace. I too am in final interview stage and was hoping to be out by SA. I will have my phone ready to catch the action, how are they going to explain and justify our leaders behavior? Drunk AND domestic violence? You couldn't make this stuff up!
 






they actually post a position and then when they get a handful of resmes they pull the posting to make room for new resignations. They don't want too many on the website at any one time. You would then see just how many openings there really are.
 






Hey why don't you shut up if you have any skin in the game, like really work here. We want to be sold at $16-18 and you will make a few dollars, more than any signing bonus you probably would not get. So shut the hell up, don't blame anyone for your financial woes, and work, this is what we do in America to support all the people who are on the free ride the country gives them.
Take care of your family and shut up or please get out.

I work here and 16-18 will not pay my bills very long. I left something great for what I was sold as a better opportunity. Shame on me for buying into their BS, but I am not going to stay one more second than I have to and deal with these morons, drinking too much, making derogatory statements and getting arrested.


Hold on for a buy out and get what is basically a few months salary? Much better to leave now and know I have something better, not likely from anyone with a brain. As far as a sign on bonus I know a few people who have left and got sign on bonuses and Rsus from new company to make them whole. Maybe you are not good enough to get a sign on bonus.
 












Trust me when I tell you...i am planning on leaving very soon and my time spent here is like visiting an insane asylum (no offense to the insane). Once inside this madhouse you can't believe what happens on a daily basis. If you told your friends or spouse no one would even believe you. On your way out you are just happy to leave the nonsense behind.

This fish has been rotting top-down from the start.
