Let’s have a spin-off of Bausch + Lomb and make all employees lose most of their stocks value. Then, let’s give everyone a yearly raise (some got nothing) that’s a small portion of the yearly inflation increase. Great ideas management. Can’t wait for our dry eye product and pharmacy solution. We’re all going to be RICH!!!

If you find anything valuable with leadership under under Yolande and JP then you should advise bind people to apply for uber driver positions.
 






I am not sure why YB and JP are the blame. The real blame are the Directors and old ass managers on the Pharma side. Dorothea is the worst Director I have ever been around. She is a self absorbed B! She is grooming a few of those as well. She hast lost more Managers in her short window. She can’t move her face because of how much work she has had done. She cares only about herself. I bet if you put a survey out on just our employees and the OSMs, she would get a serious reality check!

Papa failed at every level. He leveraged his relationship with Jim Cramer (CNBC) to promote a misleading story about successes in 4 divisions at BHC (all lies). All the "significate 7” products were dismal failures.

He misrepresented himself and the company by leading shareholders down a path of lies and corruption. He stood silent by letting division Presidents be help accountable until it was too late. Yolande is a perfect example; she has been elevated from a basic director level and moved 3 levels into her current role of where is it utterly incompetent and only because she created a pricing scheme in the neurology division.

As for dogthea, senior territory sales rep at best.

This company is going down the tubes and taking us along with them. Dumb MF's couldn't find their assholes with a mirror, spotlight and a stick. Rampant turnover, underpaid salaries and old products. The dry eye drug is 5th to the market and will have no coverage and be a prior authr. nightmare . If you think Vyzuta was a nightmare wait till you see the dry eye drug.
 






Here's a great idea! Lets sample dump a product (Xipere) that you have to put a needle in a patients eye then fuck over our customers on pricing. Marketing geniuses. If there is one thing we do well at B&L it's fail.

Are you F’ing kidding me???? Ray and Tracy were dinosaurs!! No innovation at all! In fact, most of their ideas failed:
-team 2 selling Doctors allergy-FAIL
-buy a blood test for Sjo from Nicox-FAIL
-Vyzulta expectations at launch-HUGE FAIL
-under Ray and Tracy the manufacturing lines in Tampa kept failing and often we had no samples in the field—ANOTHER FAIL

So many errors under them they had an NSM and allowed the crowd to throw yellow flags at them on stage like a Referee would throw when seeing an NFL foul!

This is why Tracy went “bye bye” and Ray tapped out shortly as well.

you’re kidding us right? Ray and Tracy launched Vyzulta with ZERO Med D coverage in many areas. Their “genius” idea was to give each territory the same quota at launch…like that is even fair to compare California, Texas, Florida, or New York versus some states like Alabama/New Mexico/Kentucky. Heck, Los Angeles has more people in it than some of these states. Nitric Oxide story still exists today and is a well received message. Other companies are using the platform to develop more drugs.
I will agree with you that JP and YB know jack sh*t about our industry, but drug launches set the tone for the future of a drug and a failed launch equals a failed drug today. Vyzulta was in the “Significant 7”, and now most drugs in the B+L family bring in more volume than it does—some which are decades old. Should have focused on the great drugs—developed a successor to Prolensa, or maybe a combo NSAID/Steroid to fight compounding.

only hope is for another company to buy B+L. We can leverage their managed care department (because ours sucks) and gain better coverage to lower the cost.

Yet the fact remains—Ray and Tracy didn’t know how to manage the product, sales, or the company. (In case you didn’t know Tracy didn’t exactly quit).
