It's 12/3. Christmas is in 22 days. I love to enjoy this time of year with my family, and you have robbed me of that. Instead, I am up late searching for jobs, applying to jobs, preparing for interviews, interviewing, and so on - to have processes stall, jobs go internal, and to be ghosted by recruiters and hiring managers. In a few days, maybe a week, everything will slow down and pick up again in January. All the while, I will be so stressed out I will probably have an ulcer or a heart attack.
I gave you everything. Consistent 60+ hour, 7-day work weeks. Travel away from my family. I put on a smiling face when we all knew you were driving the company into the ground. I worked hard to support you. I had consistent growth and excellent relationships with customers. I had excellent performance reviews.
And now, I am really worried about taking care of my family because you just cast me out. I am sure I am not the only one. And right before the holidays. WTF is wrong with you? Now you are hiring back some. Kudos to the ones that told you to F the right off.

To those responsible for the negative millions, I hope some day you are sitting here feeling like I am right before the holidays.
