I Hate My Job

I really hate it here. I would rather work for ISIS (and not the monitoring company) then LifeWatch.

Just wanted to vent that out and CP seemed like a good place to do it......... Thanks for listening.

Everyone is already looking and sending CV to recruiters. Some people prefer to make money sitting at home and wait until LW Fire them. Until we are let go or find another job, we will continue to bring up here the truth about the worse company ever(LW).

just called about eCardio position, direct rep with base pay and benefits; anybody have any insight to what their culture is like, what they're working on (yeah, yeah.. other than a patch)? thanks.

If you don't, that's great. A lot of us/people who were fired in the RIF didn't think we did either. Turns out, we did. You can't check because then you'll alert HR to the fact that you're looking, but no one got out without a non-compete in hand.

One more thing - if you were fired in the RIF, the only reason you have a non-compete is because you accepted the severance. Had you not taken the pittance, you'd be fine.

eCardio is good! They are solid after they got acquired by Merck! Their patch will be out end of Q1. Their goals are attainable, managers are honest, transparent, and will fight with VPs to change things for better. They are smart and treat reps and managers good. They trust their sales force and managers. They save money by having less managers. One manager has two regions, so they have more Conf calls one to one instead of having a worthless manager(LW)co-traveling with you every 4 week(Skymiles, hotels, eating like a pig, expending money LW could use in new technology).

thanks for the insight into eCardio. Any experience with iRhythm? I know they seemed to have a relationship with St Jude but that's gone; is their technology becoming antiquated? I know reimbursement has been a thorn for them. Any other competitive information would be helpful as I look at other opportunities.
