It amazes me how people can think that it is only a few select people who are unhappy here. Didn't you see the horrific numbers at the NSM? I think it is the other way around and the select few who actually have some sales are defending this company.
I am quite sure this company will never succeed with its current management, pay structure and strategy. I am not saying this to be hateful, I am only speaking what I feel is the truth. It's a shame because this product is great, but you need people who understand the market, understand how to get studies, understand reimbursement, understand that you need to be focused, understand that you need training and understand that you can't feed your family on what the average rep is making. You need to support your reps.
If I saw a light at the end of the tunnel, I would stick it out, but it is not coming anytime soon. So the reps calling us haters, please take time out for a reality check. Peace out, lovers.
