hey blow j jones, did you give all that money to the severances because I'm still poor over here trying to bust my ass in these new massively territories you have us.

Agreed! Just got the same old same old this year. When I asked my manager what happened to the big industry standard raise we were told about by BJ & Ramona.... I was told "they" are going to be looking into that "later". Hmmmmm. Yup, it was just a carrot dangling out to keep the rest of us who didn't get let go to keep us from quitting.

I got close to $5K raise.
I'm not bitching...

Congrats on the nice raise. I got something close to that, but it's because I won P-club this year. As much as I'd like that to be the case every year, it won't be. I'm talking about the company stepping up and following through on what they promised us - or baited us with months ago. - To bring us up to par with other reps in the industry.

Interviewed with Allergan, didn't accept (went for something better) but FYI those guys make base 80 with uncapped bonus, the reps in my area were averaging over 10k a quarter just meeting their goals, even with the supposed raise Takeda will still be below industry standard.

One of my favorite Takeda scams- take away our TIP bonus and add it to our base. Then tell us we're up to par with what the rest of the industry makes. You just realigned my compensation and now are trying to make it seem as though I got a raise.

Upper management's idiocracy knows no bounds.

im still poor blow j. My friends in the industry make 120+ and I'm here making 80. Wtf. Go jump off a cliff
i currently work for Takeda as a regular rep and at 100% bonus pay and I will make over $120K. All I have to say is all these companies pay based on experience. And to get a real raise you have to bounce around 1 or 2 times. Unfortunately that's the way to be the a big base salary.

Well the cost of living raise has just come down and only a small percent of the people benefited from it :(
