I am a middle-aged drug rep with no future, and very little time to start over. Merck is a hell hole, and I prepare myself to leave the daily nightmare of being a Merck rep.
It is so hard to watch the young kids here that think they have a career. They drink the Kool Aid that is force fed them by the scary, fierce managers. It is like watching penguins line up to jump off an ice-berg, into a fire pit...A trainwreck that I am powerless to stop.
Pharma is dead. Seriously folks, digest this fact...You can leave now, or leave later...You are just wasting time here...
