How many of the big-headed, egotistical, know-it-all managers will be "getting a call" ? It would be sweet justice if one of the reps they made the call to were allowed to give them their call. I know there will be several "you deserved it" type responses but many will eat those words.

Come on. We are all in the same boat here. Do we still have to be hateful and mean? DM's were in the same situation as reps last year. We had to wait by the phone and some of us made it and some of us did not. I had to layoff 9 people last year and it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. It's not like it is fun having to call someone and tell them they have lost their job. It is a life changing situation. People were in shock. At least this time people know it is coming and it will not be as much of a shock. It will still be hard and I dread it. Even if I am let go I will still have to call others and let them go. The whole thing sucks!
 












Oh, what a blessing it would be for Susana Barkhausen to get a phone call and let her go like she has been responsible for in the past.
Wow , it would be great if she got her due...............

Remember the golden rule in biz:THOSE WHO LIVE BY THE AXE DIE BY THE AXE. yes it stinks like that gutless manager says(you want to be one of them, you must be psycho or you ain't it) but it does not have to be as often and in bloodletting as they practice. Most often those psychos just love it. Even that cocksucker Romney said he just loved firing people. He is a psycho that's it. You can not be like them unless you have some kind of mental illness that makes you able to do such brutal shit. Someone wrote a book about this. According to him majority if not all CEO's and other top fuckers are certifiable psychopaths. The worse example in the book is the former GE CEO (who also wrote books on getting rid of people for the glory of profit and himself) who at one point fired 10.000 employees with one stroke of his pen. To do that you must be in the ranks of Hitler, Stalin and other psychos like that. When they are not destroying the world by wars, such fuckers run companies where they excercise their psychopatic skills. The real danger is when such fucker gets to be the prez of USA. GWB was one of them, Obama is not but all of the clowns running for republican nominee fall into that category except the old man, he is senile so he has a good excusse.

I had to lay off more than half my team last year and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about it. If you have a personal issue with someone, why bring it here as a one size fits all.
 






I have had managers let go that I have felt badly about as well. I'm still friends with them, and try to help them as well. Remember respect can never be demanded. You may get it while your in the room, and as soon as you leave guess what everyones saying, or thinking?True respect is earned and is a two way street. If you treat us with respect reps will get your back if your head is on the chopping block.
