That the Forest shareholders continue to vote for its ineffective board of directors. Forest is a train wreck waiting to burst into flames as a result of mismanagement. Allowing a chief commercial officer (totally manufactured ego based title) to run the 1995 pharma play book in 2013 is beyond criminal. It practically assures a depletion of value for the shareholder. The CEO is unstable on his feet, suffering from "senior moments" like referring to partner Ironwood as his defunct Inwood labs generic subsidiary in front of both sales forces. The time for effective succession planning has long since passed. The spineless VPs that cower in the shadow of EH need to be replaced. They exhibit no fiduciary responsibility to the share holder as they refuse to defend good business practice when it flys in the face of the CCOs delusional fantasy world. It is the responsibity of the board to replace ineffective executives. It should be crystal clear to the board that current management needs to go. If they do not mandate change by summer, shareholders sell your stock before the inevitable plummet or vote for change.

Are you the same person who keeps talking about the AZ takeover of FRX? I don't know if all this "corporate wisdom" is good or not. All I do know is if you want to be taken seriously, CF might not be the best forum.
