I can't believe Anna M. is leaving CardioNet!!

It's not going to be good for the competitors because now maybe they can find someone to right the ship regarding their abysmal level of service. I used to be a rep for QDS before the Lifewatch Merger and the lab was always in chaos, with Anna "coming to the rescue". Everytime you encountered some issue she would never listen to the problem and go on some diatribe about why this and that couldn't happen and why this was inherent to the business and could not be fixed. As soon as she left her second in command took charge and within 90 days the level of service was improved literally 180 degrees. She was a person in the right place at the right time in the business. She came from some low end monitoring mom and pop in MA (NAMC) and met the right people in the QDS management by chance at a Cardiology Show in the early 90's and since she was an RN they thought she actually knew what she was talking about. Her know it all attitude impressed them and she was off to the races. I am out of the business now but stilll hear of clients speak of the rotten service by CardioLeft.
 






Name me one thing our new person has done positive? Since her arrival, customer service has declined. Customers not receiving correct patient reports, constant monitor delays and excessive hold times for patients trying to speak with a service rep. And now we have Barbies boyfriend running the show. He would sell his soul to the devil in order to benefit himself. Instead of addressing the real issues, he's partying until all hours of the night with his reps at the POA meetings. Now thats a REAL leader

Wow,..I was in the business for many years and this poster really knows what (Anna) they are talking about! Aside from what you've stated, and I agree by the way, you've got to hand it to her,....she has pulled some big bucks out of this investor scam. I still find it incredibly hard to believe the amount of money(millions) Anna, the Capper crew and other management have pulled out of a company that has NEVER scored a profit!! So remember, you Anna fans remaining, while you were paid shit and treated worse, she was laughing all the way to the bank!!,
 






If you are out of the business why don't you just leave and go away????? I know for a fact her replacement was fired within 90 days. Any idea how many have been fired since then? Since you are out of the business, when did you get fired?

reports late, wrong reports, 10 day delays, CS sucks and you worry about someone making money on a company going public. Swirling the toilet bowl, only hope your fat ass flushes along with everything else.
