If anyone is seriously looking at a job here, they are in desperate times. Yes there is health insurance,and dental that you will contribute to. There is a 6% dollar match for the 401K. You can purchase their stock at a discount. The cars are Toyota Highlander, Ford Edge, etc. The weeks off are two at first. The bonus is non existent and even then is paid once a year. The goals are crazy, the support is a joke. It's a pay check, that's it.

I was not fired. I left on my own. I came over here to work for a manager that I had worked for in the past. Yes, you do start out at 3 weeks vacation. I was told by management that bonus would be difficult to make. So, I am not surprised. But, for me that is not that big of a deal. They matched my base salary from my previous company and that is what I live on.

There are lots of reps in the south who have worked for other pharma companies prior to coming here, so I feel pretty confident that my identity is safe. But go ahead, make a guess.
