I’m looking at an opening for the diabetes role and I’m trying to get a general consensus of where the company is at right now. Any feedback would be helpful thank you in advance!

The culture here is atrocious. Run! Micromanaging from hell and reps who think they are better than everyone else. Back stabbing like crazy, and horrible horrible leadership…..oh and CONSTANT meetings that are a GIANT waste of time. They are so behind other pharma companies.

I think the company itself (global) is incredible—pipeline, mission, and benefits for employees. Where it falls of the rails is middle management and RBD level. I would ask around about the current DBM and RBD—how they treat people, how fair they are, expectations, micromanagement, etc. Because although this company globally is exceptional, the day to day boils down to the Region and Area you are assigned to. Good luck.
