and I dont care if u figure out who I am ....I am so tired of the changed story every 30 days....the ass kissing ans buttering up is at an all time high.......and the ones getting credit for work they didn't do. Favoritism is the norm. I finally realize that MM has zero credibility at AGN. We do the same things every year and nothing develops differently. Sales stabs your back every day and they cant pull through a tissue from a tissue box

They are worthless. They want us to pull through large rebates that don't benefit anyone but the insurance company getting them. Have you seen this group. My lord. They have vip membership st St Judes assisted living for the elderly

My manager says the director makes up more crap to try and sugar coat everything. They are fake spinmasters who get paid far too much for what they do

Is it possible that WE TOO are paid far too much as well...I cant get an appointment anyway cause they dont want to see us (MCO)

We hear you turd boy, however what we really need is a strong leader that actually goes to bat for us, instead of the typical yes sir to everyone. Make a stand!! This could be a great division but we are becoming as lowly as the sales reps.
 




In MM you work for the typical Military leadership style

Even if if everything you are asked to do has no logic or reasoning, the directors look the other way and say do it anyways.....that's the military way

Losing credibility is not a concern from this leadership team, as they are built to bend over and take it just like they did in their past.

Look at it from a different perspective - be glad you have a job, use this time to develop other skills that may help the company or at least help you professionally.

Hey he gets paid a lot to treat people like a slab of meat. Allergan has him set financially for a long time......

he is a double talker though, but he doesnt owe anyone anything........I am not sure his kids know what he looks like though
