Umm, lemme count. 1 ... maybe ?I think what was meant is there’s a bias against females - it’s something I’ve seen firsthand and I think it’s a cultural thing. Doesn’t make it right by any means!

Dont like here, leave. Cant find another job well then thats pretty telling why you dont like it here. Go sell pens or something. Youll be happier

But FYI all of you are losers.
1. Leaders as defined by AVP or VP, not an ASD (which are District Managers in real pharma compound).
2. IF there are relatively fewer female applicants, perhaps that’s due to Sun’s reputation as it relates to how females are treated. That’s not including how Abhay comes out of his fishbowl to gawk at a few, select females.
3. Perhaps 30% of what’s on CP is true. But 99.9 % of what’s posted about Sun is true. And it’s not good news.
4. Here’s the funny part: people can’t leave Sun because no one else will hire them!!!! Sun was the only ‘pharma’ company giving jobs to personal trainers, landscapers, big-box salespeople. So, now you’re stuck with ‘em bucko

First how is an ASD the same as a DM in a real “pharma compound?” The sales director has RSMs (DMs) reporting to them. Then reps under the RSM. So that shows your brain capacity. Second have you counted the number of female RSMs hired recently? I can think of at least 3 in the past 4 months. That’s the second fact that shows your incompetence. 3rd your level of maturity shows why you are most likely a poor performer, complainer, and a pharma recycle who just cant find the right place and its NEVER your fault shall I go on?

Then there are the pharma wannabes who could never get a job in the industry, except at Sun. HR has sold Abhay that their recruiting health club and landscaping sales people is ‘outside the box’ thinking. The reality is they can’t get anyone else to apply, and, they can pay them much less.Love the ‘pharma recycle’ - who at Sun IS NOT a pharma recycler or a pharma wannabe ?

I’ll bet the overall payroll at Sun has decreased 10-15% vs. last year, and that the average salary of a new hire in 2021 is 20% less than the average new hire salary in 2019. Bet on that.
