Seeing a lot of Ilumya TMs removing Sun off their LinkedIn. Never a good sign when current employees don’t want to be associated with their employer/company. Lots of TMs looking to leave. Lots! It’s a shame really as so many good people joined this team. For me I checked out when the leader himself stood on stage at NSM scolding us like toddlers and now knowing his credibility is zilch.

When you have TMs walking away without jobs it tells the entire story. The worst management in the industry along with the worst biologic. Throat cutting from other franchises. I’ll do better than wipe it clean on LinkedIn. I’ll completely erase this toilet from my life.

Yes throat cutting for sure. The Levulan and Absorica reps in same territory are bitching to mutual docs about Iluyma and what a mess launch is. I called them to say wtf and and they don’t answer. It’s all a joke. BIs are way down and my RSM has favorites and they get preferential treatment. And moving a TM to an RSM role in East and all the shuffling to fill vacant spots just keeps increasing.

Upper East Region, widespread. I’d help them if they needed anything because that’s what we should do, we all work for same company so not sure why so much disdain. The Ilumya TMs shouldn’t be personally blamed for any business decisions made by the company. The reception received at NSM was icy by other team.
 




On absorica team. Icing on the cake comment was 100% right on. Abhay is still here for insider trading is WRONG!
I am looking to leave SUN asap.... and do very well here. Its time to say goodbye ya'll.

Access sucks. Products are great. Doctors write Absorica all day, but 25% of patients can get it. crazy! Goals are unattainable.
Looking to leave fast,even if it means a pay cut
 












Insys, Kaleo, Indivior, Lundbeck, Mallinckrodt, Purdue, Horizon, Allergan - And I probably missed 10 more.... Most of the people who were involved with these companies despite extremely negative press were able to transition. You'll be fine. Field sales has nothing to do with incompetence in the regulatory dept, contracting dept, especially in the insider trading dept. Just get the hell out now. Most /All of the managers are looking and they won't condemn you for doing the same. Things were promising a year or so ago - Nobody saw this company going downhill so quickly.

Was never in a position to go downhill. You started low and needed to climb. You never had your footing. This was doa on launch day. Sorry
