Hypocrisy of the NSM

IS it just me or does anyone else see the absolute hypocrisy of the NSM and the fake all about the patient on stage performances? When is the last time your DM or RSM even talked about a patient. Every day its STFU and sell sell sell. If your doc won't come in the office to see you he's a loser. If you patient doesn't demand to be seen in an office he's part of the problem and a loser. He have stellar coverage- BS! Not about the coverage its about the ridiculous criteria. Acting for a week that we have this existential mission is just BS. It does not inspire us. We are all getting dry eye from eye rolling. This is bro for bro get your bro rich culture and F everyone else.

This training/meeting sucks. These cats are big pharma noodle brains. My neuros laugh at this product. I think I’ll try to get my old job back.

In speaking with a few of my old colleagues who went over to Neurocrine for the "money grab", I'm not surprised with you comment. It sounds very familiar and even more proof that sometimes the grass isn't always greener. Yes, we all have things we aren't pleased with in our roles here in Pharma, but it really sounds like those that have gone over to Neurocrine since the start of 2022 might have been sold a bill of goods.

It's called managing the optics, because perception matters more than reality

Wow, talk about the formation of the new good old boys club. How about the talk of all the Teva men gathered up together all week like a bunch of frat boys grabbing ass with one another.

That's funny. But why is it 8x more people die on ingrezza than Austedo? And, why is it there are 10x more AEs on Ingrezza than Austedo? Our drug is dirty. It sees everyone is having problems with it. We only keep 55% of patients on it after 6 months. That says a lot. People would rather have TD symptoms then deal with our AEs

link to paper which supports your claims? Or do you just make up bs numbers and believe it?

One day these 5 ‘values’ show up on the website without any input from or introduction to us. In case you never noticed them (not surprising) I remember them as TIPCI (Tipsy - intoxicated behavior). Not long before they showed up, KG - in the Rotunda, says we don’t need a corp vision statement or values - that we just all know how it works. So who’s calling the shots here and who’s values are these?

Do you think you're living these values?

I went over for the promise of a cool culture with so much opportunity. We are San Diego, we are different. I got a toxic gaslighting culture where execs turn the blind eye to abusive managers and think trashing people for laughs is good for morale. I made a mistake.
