Humira Expansion

What a joke!!!! Had five interviews and just got my offer. 105,500?!? That’s lower than what I currently make. why waste my time knowing how crappy your paying. Not accepting and staying put

Sorry to hear about your experience. I’m hoping to get an interview and for myself that would be a bump up. Can you provide any information about the interviews?

Thanks in advance

Decent process. Kinda arrogant, but their pipeline is loaded after Humira. Their sales pitch is pretty much:

1 - we OWN payers
2- docs don't think anymore and take path of least resistance and we OWN payers
3-ride Humira for a couple more years then take all the business with new product
4- if you get in our way like Otezla, Cosentyx and Taltz, we will crush you and remind docs how easy it is to write Humira and how hard it is on your staff to write anything else

Got offered 107.5 with three years experience, previously Associate Degree in 2010 and 5 yrs at CVS store.. Posters here said I was getting screwed as going rate about 140K . Your exp sounds better than mine. Sorry for you, sound like you have more than 3 yrs in pharma.

We own the payers for humira. New drugs will take a few years to make it easy for docs to write. Just sayin

im interviewing now and everything is hush hush on the pay range, I guess it’s their strategy to surprise you at the very end. SUPRISE crappy offer!! Everyone gets excited for a biologic because it’s common knowledge that it pays big $$$$

Phone screen, face-to-face with manager, then a panel interview. Then final interview with regional director out of state. They ask a bunch questions on how you go above and beyond for your career.

First off, congratulations on the offer! I’m assuming that you took it. Three years in Pharma and even getting a whiff of this opportunity is a testament to your phone and interview skills. Are you a Pharm D?

I also think that there is something inherently shitty about making 40 grand less than your teammates.

Animosity 101

You are paid what you are worth. Congrats on your new responsibilities.

Whoa Is this a DM trying to make this poor rep feel better?? People with zero experience are getting hired, what whiff are you taking?

Senior DM here: The applicant was apparently hired becuz he/she aced the F2F and the panel interview. I give little credence to experience and education since from personal experience the best apps are the young newbies with several years post high school, even without a 'degree', but with good bilingual language skills and a strong social awareness skillset.

Sniff. Sniff.
I smell me some big pharma, arrogant ass, know-it-all poontang!

Good answer for you. Get the naive, uneducated, lemming to follow your every order cause, back in the day, you won a contest. And because Humira isn’t sold— it’s advertised.

And now AbbVie has gone the way of the dodo joining Amgen, Genentech, and Celgene. How truly sad.

Are you now hiring people without college degrees?
