via On Monday, Humana filed suits in a Northern California district court against Gilead Sciences, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson's pharma arm Janssen and Teva Pharmaceuticals, which manufactures generics. Centene followed on Tuesday, filing near-identical litigation in the same court.
