So the numbers are out, urging everyone to vote for this deal which we certainly will given the fact that the company has been for sale for 4+ years and they finally found someone to buy it. The worst part of this whole thing is that the people who most fucked up a once great organization (the board of directors led by John Buck) and other idiots at corporate (led by Don Z) all cash huge checks while the worker bee people who actually generated the revenue get what they get if they have stock.
