Just heard JJ folks will be getting a message on huge budgets cuts coming soon! Around the same amount as the CSO folks get. Upper management is pushing the panic button. Good luck to all this place is going down fast>

JJer here. I spend 4-6,000 a month. How can we launch Riva with a G a month? CSO's can be let go anytime! Read the contract. Only needed if 2 year contract is successful! Does not look good for anyone.

Just for your reference CP has accurately announced the last several layoffs since 2005 and although there may be many false alarms you still hear it here first when it is true. Sales leadership pretends to not know because they are not included but are incredibly naive if they don't sense something is wrong. So if your management is very quiet and not quite engaged in things I would get ready for the hammer.

Primary Care DMs r picking reps ........that they are being told need to be driven away and/or that are not valued by the RBD. These reps are going thru hell and being made examples of.

Nope. We pay the laywers really well and HR doesn't give a rat's ass. The Credo died a few years ago. DM's and RBD's are fighting for their positions like the rest of us, and will throw a rep under the bus in a heartbeat to save their asses. Finally - Vanessa knows how to "right size"...

Do not go to HR- document everything if you are a target-DMs and RBDs will find a way to get rid of you-anything you say to HR will go back to RBD and used against you- even your own co worker or pod mate will set you up,if it means saving their own skin
