Not.

"Sounds good on paper, but internally Hospira is poorly run.

The management team lacks fundamental leadership skills and mismanaged Project FUEL to alienate key employees from within. Too many highly qualified employees were let go by underqualified management resulting in an atmosphere of incompetence and a tone of intimidation.

That's why they have the mess they do. No competent management team would have ever allowed the crisis to escalate to this point."

I believe it!

Start another round of layoffs, cost measures and pump up the HSP is great BS. Get the stock price raised for the options for upper management. Then the stock and company crash for good. The stock hit a low of 26.92 a few months ago; pump it up to 50 and dump it. Didnt that take 5 years the first time? Oh by the way in the last 6 months HSP is 25% off the Dow; to think of it another way is 50% for the year. Yes the company is performing that badly now after all the companies brilliant minds made the strategy moves to boost performance.

Hospira people are laughing stock by most people I know; for good reason. Of course Hospira people think they are the greatest. Too funny!

I will give a few of them a job when they fail miserably. HAHAHAHAHHAHA yeah right!

There are many very competent people at Hospira and they are the ones who are being ignored. It's management that has driven this company into the ditch, and adding multiple layers of bureaucracy and promoting the favored toadies will cause even more talented folks to leave. When you have departments that have two directors, three managers, and four supervisors it's a recipe for failure.
