Seen the announcements and not much else. Still no development or a place to move up or over to even if there was. Would rather spend that money on R&D, sales, and marketing and have more inventory.

Cant wait to really speak my mind on the "engagement" survey.
 






Hi-priced hires and not much else. There's a very negative attitude about HR pervading the company since it's perceived that HR is wielding much power, and Padma deservedly gets a bad rap.

Heard Padma is a diva and expects to have executive perks as if this were Microsoft or something. Pure rumor, but I heard she has her admin picking up her cleaning and feeding her pets when she is out of town.

If you think Recon is a mess, take a walk to the wild side of Neuro. El presidente really really is disliked by the field and is totally disconnected w sales. Morale is at an ultimate low and the business leaders are mediocre to say the least.

Recon?
From what I undersatnd Recon is a mess...el presidente continues to get away with employing top notch morons. These top notch a-holes sexually harrass employees, lack vision, and are insubordinate, all while the fearless leader plays his idiotic political games amongst the ppl who are diligent workers. When is he going to get that the development of ppl and products are #1. HR has been restructured at Recon for the worst.

I haven't heard good things. Its a 100% distributor sales force. So unless you can deliver surgeons to your distributors, they will never listen to you and only make you a scape goat for their obvious violations of every ethics law and Sunshine Act. Then again if you could deliver surgeons, you would be a distributor yourself. Most of the Theken and Seaspine management are gone and as a competitor in the space a bottom 10 player at best.
