Hey All...I'm kind of new here to "Bard" been in devices before and I know my way around...to sum it up I have noticed some really "unethical" stuff going on from my manager...this could impact me somewhere on down the road...I have actually started documenting a few interactions and saving a couple of emails. I don't want to go to HR because I don't want to lose my job here, nor do I want my job to become more difficult than it already is.

Is HR here the typical "protect the company" type? Do they care about what goes on? Or is it all about the bottom line and at all costs? ie...We don't care if you break all the rules as long as your numbers are good?

I believe this could cost several people their jobs

It depends on the unethical stuff...how do you define unethical in sales?

1) If you want to lose your job contact HR
2) If you don't want to lose your job "do not" contact HR

Define unethical. That is a broad statement and it would be up for interpretation. Are you being forced to do something unethical or notice the Dm doing it? If you're out to get your DM, then good luck to you.

Don't contact HR unless you want to be run out of the company. You are guaranteed that you will lose your job if you try report your DM. It's the culture of the company now and has been for years. Doubtful it will ever change. Don't call the compliance hotline either as it will never be anonymous. Best thing to do if you want to stay at Bard is grin and bear it. And keep a file of everything.

Unethical: goes against EVERY policy that we are made to watch videos on, Kind of like the red face test. This would be blistering red

No, I'm not vindictive, and i don't want to cause anybody to lose their job. I want to make sure I don't lose mine, because of recent interactions and confrontations we have had.

Sounds like unethical=illegal. The line between these is typically blurred at Bard. It is only illegal if you get caught. At that point you may or not be let go. It depends on where you are in the organization.

I doubt that you really work at Bard. It doesn't take long to realize that unethical behavior is not only accepted, but rewarded. Good luck with HR. They are more corrupt than your DM. Such as having sex with employees in their office.
