HR records

I was recently approached by SNN for a marketing role. I have worked with them in the past and was fired by the manager because she hated smokers. Can anyone tell how long they keep past employee records in their system?

Most people don't know that when an employee leaves their manager is asked "would you hire this person again?" If the answer is/was a "no", that former employee will never work for S&n again.

Most managers don't know the repercussions of the answers they give.

It's S&N's loss... who cares
