For those that have gone to HR for help, report harassment, report unethical behaviors, etc., that is a mistake. At Sun HR is not and never will be there for the employee. As soon as you make report the offender (usually RSM or ASD) is notified (and their partners in crime) will up the abuse and try to make your job so difficult you’ll leave. Get yourself an attorney and let attorney kick ass and protect you. Document everything!!
One TM has a book worth of hell she has endured and been asked to do by RSM that is full of compliance violations, unethical behaviors by RSM, and unbelievable harassment she was subjected to when she refused. Slandering TM is not a smart move, more proof of the abuse! Facts don’t lie!!
RSM belittles and berates and sabotages certain TMs’ efforts and territories even if it affects the RSM’s numbers and own potential payout. There will be those that defend but when proof is laid bare let’s see how many are still standing by you because they’ll realize (seeing proof) how you’ve said/done things to them without their knowing. Toxic nightmare in the East!

One hr person resigned in protest. Her last day was this previous Friday. All I can say is that it’s related to sexual harassment. It’s that bad here. It’s rampant. Indian ceo gets away with murder...and insider trading.

That’s a shame to hear about the mistreatment of employees but I’m not surprised. This company has a long history of ignoring, sweeping things under the rug, or going to extreme of undermining an employee’s ability to do his or her job to justify a reason to terminate. A lot of employees do not speak up out of fear of losing their job. There are a few TMs/Biologics who are not afraid and have every piece of documentation to put an end to the abuse.

Par for the course for sure. Its a “what’s in it for me” culture that is an HR nightmare. I’ve never seen such flagrant disregard for company/HR policies as I’ve seen with this company. Insider training, we will keep you. You harassed a employee threatening their job if they reported you...we will keep you...Be loyal to Sun, work hard, give up time away from family and not jump ship like everyone else BUT RSM/ASD knows you will speak out, you will be let go.
HR needs a backbone not yes people.

Sun will try to bury you in legal fees, smear your reputation and bs as punishment. They will cover for the person who harassed another, violated compliance, etc., and throw the true victim to the wolves. So awful!!

I had programs when no prescribing HCP showed but had an office manager and 3 MAs who were on Snapchat all evening but made my quota. My FRM dropped ball on pull through and was told to sample Medicare patients. I have texts where RSM talked about showing PsA data that was online to HCPs to “generate a buzz.”
The list goes on and on.
Did I report this and much worse to HR, yes. Did anything happen, not a damn thing.
