Taking? What is she taking? We are all hearing personal info being giving out and most of us don’t even work here any more. Do you mean talking? We have been hearing some peoples business that HR shouldn’t be disclosing. Salaries, payouts, bumps, new lady got everything and more
 






I worked here not too long ago. Left because some got paid, bumps, titles, others got 1-2% and they tell you no bumps, no promotions, no titles. Wait, wait, wait. Then you find out this person got all of the above. Some earned it and some you wonder why they got it. Then you wonder why you didn’t when you have proven yourself. You either have a weak boss yourself that has no voice or cares about themselves only or you have to wonder what is going on?

Don’t blame your boss. The final decision goes to the people at the top running the company.
